1. Returns

 

You have the right to return any products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

To start a return, please contact us at info@amdtherapie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

2. Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

 

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have the right to return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged goods.

 

4. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you

need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@amdtherapie.com and we will provide further instructions.

 

5. Exceptions

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

 

    •    Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

    •    Personal care products (such as skincare, beauty items, or oils)

         that have been opened or used

    •    Customized or personalized items
